The Real Estate Services Guide was originally started in September 1990 by James Barnes. Originally done as a newsletter, it became very popular in the Austin Realtor community due to it's up to date mortgage rate survey and helpful guide to professional, Realtor recommended services.

 

At the request of many agents, we have decided to once again publish the Real Estate Services Guide using the todays technology to provide even a more comprehensive set of tools to make the Realtors day a little easier and more efficient.
